Who We Are
At Active Reach, we strive to set big goals and wow our clients. Every day someone walks around not knowing about a product or service that could make their life easier. We look to minimize that problem, while providing growth to our clients and team. We’re the face of the client, informing and relationship building with the customer base of Tulsa. With the short-term goal of expanding into other major markets, one customer at a time. We’ve expanded into Kansas, Indiana, Nebraska, Oregon, Iowa, and now Oklahoma!

Our management training program is designed to provide opportunity to those who earn it. The purpose of the program is to utilize sales as a platform to create clientele, personal and professional growth for everyone on our team. To us, progress means taking steps toward your goals. Failure is a part of the process, it’s natural to take steps back. We look to embrace failure, learn from it, and move the needle day-day.
What type of sales do you do?
We specialize in face-face residential selling for our clients. We take pride in building the customer relationships and building the trust, to result in incoming new customers day-day!
Is sales experience required?
Experience is appreciate but not required. No matter someone’s experience level they will be trained based on our in-house systems. We look to build on someone’s strengths as a person, lead with a great attitude, and apply our values daily! These are things anyone can do regardless of experience level.
Is Active Reach Consulting a networking or MLM company?
Most networking and MLM companies rely on upfront funds from candidates and leveraging someone’s current connections. Our business model differs from this in many ways. All customers we engage with are based on leads generated by our client. Someone is fully compensated for training, and sales completed in our company as well!
What is the turnover rate in your company?
Naturally, sales is an industry with higher turnover rates. We understand some may be interested by sales but come to find it’s just not for them. We aim to limit turnover by ensuring the candidates we bring on align with our values and are like mindedly driven toward achieving goals.
Is this a face-face role?
Yes! Every customer we meet with, from our leads lists, is met with in person. We take pride in truly connecting with people, building relationships, THEN selling the product if it makes sense for the customer.
What is your culture like?
We believe in inclusion, competition and teamwork! Goals cannot be achieved alone. We work together daily to achieve common goals and help each other work toward our own personal goals.
How much money will I make?
We provide training pay, upon training completion we provide a full commission and bonus structure. All of which is fully broken down within the interview process!
