Breakdown of the Biz

Our days are divided into two parts, development and acquisition. We start the day with the intention of “get 1% better”. We have daily meetings in place to put our team in the position to gain the knowledge needed to develop their skillset and leverage learning opportunities. We follow these ­­meetings up with our leads based selling to end the day.

Our client spends millions of dollars on lead generation and AI technology. We’re provided these leads, with the intention of acquiring customer accounts to grow their brand within the market. Our client rewards us with commissions and large bonus payouts, all while giving us more opportunity to expand into other markets in the months to come! We’ve developed a true, win-win-win relationship with our clients.

What makes a great candidate

At Active Reach, we embrace failure and encourage mistakes being made. Learning cannot happen without failure present. We’re looking for a self-motivated candidate who wants to grow and is willing to learn and fail. Career growth requires consistent effort and energy. Personal growth requires awareness and initiative.

Interview Process

We follow a three-round interview process. If our HR & Admin staff feel based on your application and resume you’d be a good candidate, we reach out with a short 10-minute phone interview to ensure the basics of the position would fit you.

If aligned, we follow up with a 30-minute virtual zoom interview to breakdown the position and our company. We believe the position itself should always be explained by someone in it. Therefore, many of our second-round interviews will be conducted by our experienced Account Managers.

If invited back, a final-round interview is conducted with our management team. The purpose of this interview is to answer any leftover questions and ultimately determine if the position is a good fit for both sides!
